Join Lulu (Avoca) for an evening of auditory and sensory immersion, exploring specially created soundscapes inspired by the natural world. Through a gentle combination of guided meditation, conscious breathing, subtle movement and deep listening, Lulu will invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself in the restorative power of sound. A nurturing evening to pause, breathe and simply be - allowing the sounds of nature to guide you into a deeper sense of calm and presence.
